I have struggled with my weight all my life, and when I went over 40, it seemed all I had to do was look at food and gain weight. And when my female cycle kicked in, my water weight went through the roof and I always gained. This past holiday season I ate like there was no tomorrow. I began dieting, lost two pounds the first week, then the next week was to be my monthly cycle. I resigned myself that when I stepped on the scale again, I would have at least regained the weight I lost the past week, even though I had been faithful to my diet.

Dear Jana: Limu Plus Equals Relief!

Ok everyone, my name is Elysia Beattie, I am 19 and I want everyone to know about the beauty that is Limu Plus. Anyone ever get a wee bit o’acid reflux? Yeah, well I rarely do but I experienced it the other day and boy it did not feel that great. So I went searching around the house for antacids and was getting quite irritated at the fact that I could not, for the life of me, find them. I just wanted to end the uncomfortable burning sensation! So I asked my father where they were, and he asked me what was wrong. Dear Jana: A Wonderful Gift

I wanted you to know how Limu Plus and Vita-Che has improved my health in such a short period of time. In August of 2004, I had a heart attack and I needed to have a quadruple bypass. About a month and a half ago, I found myself back in the hospital because I was experiencing shortness of breath. They then put two stents in my heart and told me that three of the grafts from my bypass did not take. I was devastated! Then about a month ago, I found Michael Dlouhy. He introduced me to Vita-Che and then Limu Plus as a gift to me since I have been unemployed due to my health situation. I cannot thank Michael or Vitamark enough. Dear Jana: A Limu Plus Recipe

My husband and I went to a nice restaurant and ordered house dressing for our salad. My husband asked the waitress about the dressing. She said it was ranch but what made it special was they added a little chili powder.

I like to try new things at home so I took enough ranch dressing for Ron and I, added 3-4 shakes of chili powder and added one ounce of Limu Plus. Stir really well to mix and pour it over your salad. We found the "Limu Plus version" far more delicious than just adding chili powder.

Dear Jana: Our Two Favorite Products!

We have two product testimonials for you! My 13-year-old daughter suffers from severe acne. She has been using the Natique Skin Care now for a month. It has made a major improvement on her face. I would like to share my experience regarding Limu Plus and VitaOne. I was under a great deal of stress at the time. I have been on Workman’s Compensation for 2 1/2 years. Also I've had to move 5 times. When I had moved the 4th time my neighbor and friend MaryJo Leonard had tried this stuff called Limu Plus. She had been taking it for about a month. She said that she liked it a lot and maybe it would do me some good to try this product. So I thought, “What the heck, it can't do me any harm.” Well just after a couple of days, it felt like my joints were being oiled. Dear Jana: I'm proud to be an affiliate!

I just wanted to share this bit of wonder. I was introduced to Limu Plus just over 3 months ago. After taking it for less than a week, I noticed an amazing difference in my joint pain especially my knees. Walking up a flight of stairs was unmanageable before Limu Plus. I had tried prescription anti-inflammatory medications from my doctor but all they did was upset my stomach, no real relief from the pain. I was still walking like a crippled up old lady at 46. Now, thanks to Limu Plus, I don’t hobble like I used to and stairs are so much more manageable. Here are my experiences with Limu Plus and Natique. Ever since I began taking the Limu Plus my sugar cravings have been mitigated. But most importantly, my workouts are more efficient and my recovery is shorter. I am in the best shape ever. I now feel like a well oiled, finely tuned, precision-crafted machine. This is what happens you give your body the best nutrition so it can run the way it was meant to and no longer feel the ill effects of aging. At least I don’t! Dear Jana: The Day Limu Plus Finally Arrived

A new and dear friend, Dulsanae Nedek, recently brought me in to Vitamark. The more I started reading about Limu Plus the more I got excited about it. The day finally came when it arrived. I drank my first dose that day and my second dose the next day. I cannot believe the reaction my body had! It had immediately cleansed my body out and the energy it had given me was a feeling I had not had in years. You see, my mother had Lupus when I was born. All my life I have always been sick with bronchitis, ear infections, strep throat, etc. Now that I have grown up I'm not as sickly but not as healthy as most people. Dear Jana: Limu Plus Is Wonderful

My husband and I have been using Limu Plus for many months. Before starting to take Limu Plus, my husband was on four medications for his blood pressure. As a result of taking 2 oz. of Limu Plus every day, he was able to lower his medication (with his Doctors okay) to only one medication.

Just recently we were running low on our supply of Limu Plus, and my husband cut back to 1 oz. daily. His blood pressure went up to border line pressure. Dear Jana: "Limu Plus Has Brought Me To Tears!"

Limu Plus has brought me to tears... of joy! I was so anxious to try the products, when my first order arrived I could barely wait to get the box open. I wanted to try it for myself, but my main concern was my 10-year-old son. He has been experiencing some behavioral problems and I watched as my special baby turned into a person I didn't know. Dear Jana: "I Just Need My Limu!"

I have been using the Limu Plus for a couple of years now and love it! My job was a very stressful one and I stood on my feet in one place with only minimal breaks. A couple of times I was distracted and did not take my Limu Plus for a couple of days without realizing it. By the end of the second day, I was beginning to wonder why I was feeling tired. I realized I had forgotten to take my Limu! There was always a lot of tension in the work place, but as long as I took my Limu I was able to take it in stride. One day my manager told me she did not believe I had a grouchy bone in my body. I thought, you haven't seen me without my Limu! Dear Jana: The Products Are Great For Mom!

My mom is 93 years old and takes Limu Plus, Co-Enzyme Q-10, CellRich, Coral Calcium+, Naturflex Joint Support, Omega III, Super Vi-Gest, Probiotic and Revitalgen. In the past, mom has gotten lumbar epidural steroid injections but she had not had a injection shot for 15 months. Just recently she ran out of her Limu Plus for three days. Dear Jana: "My Limu Plus Story."

I have been using the Limu Plus for a couple of months now and really like what it’s doing for me. I don’t usually read labels or check ingredients because if I know it’s healthy and it tastes good, I’ll use the product. A few days ago my sponsor and I were talking about Limu Plus because I had tried a few other products that claimed to be similar to Limu Plus. While they tasted good also, I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting the one result I wanted out of them. Being that my sponsor and I have been really close friends for a while I am able to talk on a personal level with him. I told him that the Limu Plus was helping my personal relationship with my husband of 10 years whom I love very much. So my sponsor and I were discussing what exactly was in Limu Plus that could be helping me even in such a short time of using it. We went through all the ingredients and searching each one on the Internet to get more information. We figured it was the L-arginine in it that was having a positive effect on my hormonal imbalance. The hormonal imbalance is the result of a pituitary condition that prevents me from having children unless I’m on medication. This is the one ingredient or property that wasn’t in the other products I tried.

My husband noticed the change in me as well and had asked what was I doing differently. I told him that I was taking the Limu Plus every morning before I start my day. At first, when he saw the bottle he was a little skeptical because he thought it was just plain weird that vitamins could be in a liquid form in a fancy bottle. My name is Stephanie Foston, and I would like to tell you what Limu Plus is doing for me. About 2 weeks ago, I was in search for something that would help me in many ways. I am a single parent of 3 children ages 13, 7 and 4. I am a full-time college student majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology. At one point prior to the two weeks I am talking about, my moods were like a rollercoaster. I had no energy, very low tolerance (I suffer from joint concerns and Bipolar which is hereditary). I was introduced to Limu Plus while visiting my friend in Napa, CA. Each morning when she took her dose of Limu Plus she also poured one for me. Prior to taking this health supplement I would be tired and my eyes would burn all day. Within three days I noticed I was sleeping better, and within 2 weeks I noticed I had more energy. Before I signed up for Mentoring for Free and Vitamark, I was in a state of pain, anxiety and hopelessness that I attributed to my post-polio syndrome. The doctor told me I would have to go to a nursing home in the spring of 2005. I did not realize the external world had such an impact on me all my life. I thought of myself the way others had imprinted on me. I was never going to get better. Anyone with Post-polio Syndrome never get better so says many experts in the field, even Mayo Clinic. Deep down I thought I was not worthy. I had a very domineering father who beat me and even blinded me for a month. I thought it was my fault. I was not a good girl or my father would show love toward me. I am a Yellow-blue. I am married to a Red personality who is a retired Colonel, Police officer, Judge and College professor. He has dominated my life until recently. I now have taken control of my life. I joined Vitamark and got on Limu Plus and NaturFlex. I have been on disability since May 2000. I was in a wheel chair for the past 4 years. I am up and out of my wheel chair and walking. I just graduated from Rehab and told I can try to go back to work as a registered nurse. That is one of my dreams coming true. With Vitamark's products and my new self talk I now have a new life. I used to say, "I have post-polio and thus I am getting sicker".

My name is Liane Horvath, I am 48 years old and have over-all good health. I appreciate the opportunity to share my story with others!

I inherited Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis from my Mother's ancestors. After a sports injury there has been continuous problems with my bone structure. At one time in early part of my 5o's my bones were only producing 49.3% bone mass. There was medication to stop the process but not to reverse it.

For the past 25 years it has been a struggle to keep walking. There have been times I wore knee braces (do you know what that did to a girl that lived to dance) and I have been in a wheelchair twice in the last 4 years. I am fighting to continue walking and moving without help. I feel if I use a brace, cane or “give-in” I will get weaker sooner.

Most medication for Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis either upsets my stomach or doesn’t make a change in the condition. For years I have had to take medication for the extreme discomfort, a lot of it, I am afraid of liver damage. I have had 4 falls in the past 4 years, three serious, twice I had double fractures and damaged sciatic nerve. My bones are too porous for an operation.

Now there are other health problems occurring including serious circulatory concerns, maintaining blood pressure within normal ranges and poor digestion. And there is more medication so that I began to feel like a walking pharmacy. I hate the thought of taking so many drugs.

After the fall in December 2004 and the thought of having to have a cane with me always, I had to find something that would help.

When I lay down at night it would take 30-45 minute's for the discomfort to ease enough (with medication) to get relaxed so I could sleep. Many nights I lay crying for God to please let me die for I could not live with the continuous pain. The circulatory concerns cause leg cramps. I have had to walk cramps "out of my legs" and it can take 1-2 hours of walking, being so sleepy I could hardly stand up.

Now I am walking with my 12-year-old grandson who loves to hike anywhere. I am looking forward to reaching 2 miles by the 10th of the month and no leg cramps!

At this time I am only taking medication for hypertension every other day, not every day. The kidney and digestive concerns are gone.

How did this all happen? I was checking my email and had a newsletter and as I scrolled down it I found the answer to my prayers.

Nothing happens by chance. This is all quite amazing, I was with GNC for 10 years and have taken their products on and off for about 53 years. I have tried many products over the years. I’ve even tried changing my diet and drinking water habits. I have also survived cancer.

I joined Vitamark and ordered the Limu Plus and my husband started taking 2 oz a day. He works a job he does not like, and has been very emotionally stressed. On day four of taking the Limu Plus, he had to be up at 4:30 am and drive with his crew 3 hours to a jobsite. At 7:30 that night he called me to let me know that he would not be home until 9:30 pm. When I heard his voice on the phone, I could not believe I was talking to my husband. He was happy, no sign of stress or tiredness in his voice. He said he felt good, was not depressed, and his attitude was great. After 4 days he went back to 1 oz. Dear Jana: "A Huge Difference in My Life"

I am a student at Sheffield University and have just finished my Dissertation, which has taken me ages. I will also be sitting my final examinations soon and I have been extremely stressed, as you must be able to imagine. I have not been sleeping as well as normal and have been feeling tired almost every afternoon.

My friend Matthews’s dad is a Vitamark Affiliate and loves the Limu Plus product. Matthew was concerned about how tired and stressed I was getting and recommended I try his dad’s favorite product. He said the best way to see if a product makes a difference is to just try it and see if it works for you because we are all different.

I have never taken nutritional products before so I thought I would give it a go, I had nothing to lose! Well time is flying by…

You will remember we have moved but today is exciting because they finally have dug the hole for our new home!

Even though our lives are really in the fast lane one important thing we do every day is keep our Vitamark products at the center of our to do's for the day. It probably takes us 10 minutes per day opening and laying out our individual programs but the products are what let us keep up this pace.

While we were moving we increased our Limu Plus to 3 times a day and it made a huge difference in our energy level and handling our stress of our week-long move!

Dear Jana: "We Are So Grateful For Limu Plus and Coral Calcium+"

I'm very excited to submit the following testimonial! My husband Steve, a house painter, fell off a 7-foot ladder (he's 6 foot - so that's about a 12-foot fall) onto a marble floor in a friend's mansion here in Tulsa about 5 weeks ago. He shattered the femur bone of his left leg in about 10 places. The surgeon said it was literally "smashed.” While he was in the hospital I immediately brought him Limu Plus and Coral Calcium+. He began to take the Limu Plus twice a day and from 8-10 Coral Calcium+ per day. We were advised to also add VitaOne and the Blitz Energy Drink, which we also did.

Last week we had a doctor's visit (1 month since the fall) and the doctor was surprised and happy to see new bone growth! He progressed Steve to putting 50% weight on the leg—this is extremely quick progress, and he said, "I'm still in shock as to how badly smashed this leg was." He also said, “This guy is 51, but he's definitely not old!” Another humorous side to all of this is that my husband has been basically house-ridden and hungry all the time (probably out of boredom.) But that isn’t all. Here's the shocker, he actually went out of the house this week for the first time in a month to go paint a door and bid on a job which he will have to have our son’s assistance on. And, this too is amazing; he will be going to do some sanding on our daughter's new home today. He is able to go out now and do much more than we anticipated and much sooner. At the rate he's going, he won’t even have to do any physical therapy! In fact, the doctor marveled that my husband has been scaring him by jumping on a mini-trampoline with the "good" leg, and he is now beginning to jump with 50% pressure on the injured leg. This is really helping him as well! I also thank the Lord for the Limu Plus for me—it is helping me to alleviate much of the stress and strain I should be feeling as I walk with my husband through this trauma recovery.

On May 27th our daughter will be getting married in the very mansion my husband fell in. His goal is to be only on a cane by then (he's now on a walker), to be able to officiate the service (he's the minister), to give his daughter away and to dance that dance they've planned for so long!

I just have to let you know I sincerely believe that Limu Plus, taken 1-2 times daily helped my mother with some of her symptoms from poor circulation. Through prayer and thanks to Limu Plus I know the products work!

My parents live approx. 1,200 mls north and I try to see them every quarter to spend time with them and give them needed TLC. When I saw my Mom last September she had a lot of discoloration from her mid-calf to the ankles. It was unsightly and her general practitioner wrote a prescription for bleaching cream, which she did not fill. In addition to making dietary changes, I told them about Vitamark supplements. I also advised them to keep consistent on the Limu Plus and said that I would order the convenient 4-pack so that they had enough on hand.

Now, 6-months later, I just returned from seeing my parents again and gave them massages. I would like to tell you my story about Limu Plus. I have had serious concerns with maintaining my blood sugar within normal ranges for quite some time – especially within the last 6 months. Normal is between 80 and 120. I have been taking the Limu Plus since March 7 and my blood sugar is running between 97 and 125 both times I take it each day. And it has stayed in that range! I am also losing a little weight – I have lost 1 lb since I started taking it. I don't know if that is doing it or because I have more energy I am doing more and that is why I am losing weight. I am so excited about all the new Limu Plus stuff! Our whole family loves the Limu Plus and we will not run out again! We were out of Limu Plus for a while and the whole family got really under the weather and was in bed for days – my daughter missed several days of school.

My kids truly love Limu Plus. My 3-year-old son Will actually begs for it several times a day – so he drinks a ton of it! He says he likes it because it keeps him “helfy” (that’s “healthy” – in 3-year-old language.) The funny thing is that he loves the new Limu Plus shot glass. I don’t know what it is about the glass, but he wants Limu more than ever now! I think he thinks he is a big boy drinking out of a breakable glass. I tried to give it to him in the Limu lid and he insisted on the shot glass. I think my son, will help increase our product sales because I was talking to another teacher from school about Limu Plus and he was in the back ground begging for it! Wow! I have to admit I have several favorite products. But my absolute favorite has got to be the Limu Plus! It is something that my whole family can use – all the way down to my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old nephew. It has helped several of my family members

with different health challenges. I think it is amazing that one product can help with so many different health challenges. My son suffered a brain injury in 1997 from a car accident and was reading on a Kindergarten level in the 5th grade. After starting him on a daily regimen of the Limu Plus, he is only one year behind his peers and doesn't suffer frequent migraines like he used to. He is so excited to feel like a normal kid again! Dear Jana: "Our Whole Family Loves the Products"

Aloha, my family and I live in a beautiful place known for paradise. We honestly can say we were not able to enjoy the beautiful beaches and scenery with our son because of time and lack of energy.

I have suffered with endometriosis for many years and took medication for the severe pelvic pain and lower backache. Medication would only numb the pain for a couple of hours and of course caused gain weight. I helped my friend's mom who suffered with Parkinson's disease and has passed away. All of this helped to prepare me for a very long and difficult journey in 2003. My grandmother, who suffered with Dementia, also died that year. Dear Jana: “A Successful Surgery for Craig"

Facing surgery is not a pleasant prospect; but one for which you want your body in as healthy a state as possisble. Read what Craig did to improve his health both pre and post surgery.

I just wanted to let you know how well the Vitamark products have helped me through a health challenge. Back on July 8 I awoke in the middle of the morning with severe abdominal pain and my wife Denise had to drive me to the emergency room. As a nurse, I pretty much knew what my problem was and after several lab tests, an ultrasound and CT scan the doctor confirmed that I had a sizeable gallstone blocking the bile duct. Surgery was my only option and I knew that the Vitamark products would help me with gastric discomfort relief (extra Vi-Gest) and assist with the healing process post-surgery. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to see the surgeon who would perform my surgery so I started a new Vitamark regimen. I doubled up on my Limu Plus taking 2 ounces twice a day. I drank 3 quarts of Vita Enhanced Water to help with hydration. I also took one VitaMarin cap every hour for 3 days prior to my surgery so I would be in antioxidant overload prior to surgery.

Needless to say my surgery was uneventful. I had surgery on a Friday afternoon and requested to go home that evening but I had to stay overnight to ensure I didn't have any adverse effects. My incision was well-healed with-in three days and with the continued help of Vi-Gest I have been able to eat without any dietary restrictions! Hi, I’m Sue from Italy. I have been trying to regain my health through diet changes for some time, but I could never find the right combination or quality of supplements that would cover my own and my family needs.

Dear Jana: "Recipe For Strong Bones And Good Health"

I am 61 years old. I take Coral Calcium+, Limu Plus and VitaOne. I have been diagnosed with Osteoporosis in my hip and spine. I had my first bone density test two years ago & just recently had another test done. I know others who haven’t seen any improvement; they may stay the same or get worse. But I have improved! The doctor said my spine has actually improved. It has to be the products I'm on. I do daycare and have for 39 years. I used to catch "everything" from all the kids, plus get horrible coughs. Dear Jana: I Have A Very Happy Mother

I have a very happy mother! I recently visited my mother in America who had just undergone knee replacement surgery. I took with me some Coral Calcium+ and C-Crystals for her to try. She was very pleased that since taking these products she was able to reduce her pain killing medication and she was discharged by the physiotherapist two weeks early. Another Limu Plus Success! We were all at Michael’s birthday party last weekend and almost everyone at the party was on Limu Plus (very cool). Only about half of the people were actually in the business, but the others were customers. And it was the customers who were raving about it! The Limu Plus really works, and so fast! My name is Anita Plenty, and I live in Trinidad West Indies. My husband Daniel has a full time job that is very demanding of his time. He also attends the University of the West Indies where he is pursuing a degree course.

By the time he gets home each night he is usually very tired, so I started giving him the Limu Plus. Normally I would have to force him, and daily remind him to take any vitamin, but not the Limu Plus. Dear Jana: A Skeptic Converted

I just wanted to let you know the difference Limu Plus has made to my life. For the last few months I have been feeling very tired, I have not been sleeping properly at night and I have been feeling very low in myself, which is not like me. My family have been concerned by the change in my energy levels and moods.

A dear friend introduced me to Limu Plus and explained I just needed to take a cap full each morning. Dear Jana: Limu Plus Takes The Edge Off

I am using the Limu Plus when I am out on my nursing visits and it really helps to take the edge off. As soon as I feel a tad bit tired or over stressed I take a few sips of the mix I have made up. I use a ratio of 1 to 1 1/2 oz Limu Plus and 1 to 1 1/2 oz Aloe Vera, plus I add C Crystals. I put these three in a clean, empty Vita Enhanced Water bottle, and then fill the rest up with Vita Enhanced Water! I carry it with me and it makes me feel better just knowing I have it with me!

I can't say enough about Limu Plus! I have a most severe form of "Joint Concerns" that came on very fast. This affected my feet, ankles, knees, shoulders, hands and wrists. Those are my body parts that were affected, but more important was how it affected my life. I could no longer do any of the things that were normal for me. I have children and I couldn't care for them, in fact they needed to care for me. My biggest loss was missing out on so much of their lives.

After finally getting a diagnosis for what was causing my concerns, the doctor sent me to get casts for my hands and wrists to sleep in. I had one made but it was a month before we could arrange for the second cast. It was at this time that I got scared into action. The occupational therapist said to me, "Oh my goodness, you have progressed more than 5 years in the one month since I last saw you. You don't need to worry about knarled joints, if you don't get this under control you will lose your fingers." From this I became desperate and decided it was in my hands to find a way to get better!

I began taking a high quality nutritional supplement and got some results. Then along came Limu Plus and I listened to everything being said about it. Although I was afraid, I decided to try this product for myself. Because I don't have normal health I didn't take normal amounts of Limu, I took 4- 6 ounces per day. To my amazement after one month I felt better than I had on the other nutritional products, after 6 months I went off all my prescription medications, (we recommend that you work closely with your health care professional when modifying medications,) and although at first I had ups and downs I felt better because now I suffered no side effects from the medication.

With the addition of the Russian Adaptogens, I continued on Aloe and Green Tea, taking lesser amounts of Limu Plus (2 oz per day) and my success story continued. Even I was shocked at how well I was doing! My doctor just shakes his head and says I am a walking miracle. I have resumed all activities in my life, gardening, horseback riding, playing with my children and I do these things to excess and I don't worry about the future Another nice thing is how friends have noticed that I am so much calmer now than I have ever been in my life.

Two weeks ago I had an accident where I broke my ankle very bad. When I went to emergency and they insisted I lay on my back with my foot up I started to "feel panic" as I always had with any severe pain when I'm told I must stay still. For the first time in my life I was able to control the feeling of panic and get myself back to a calm state.

It is normal when you have "joint concerns" like I did to have the pains resume when you suffer a trauma as bad as this break, but for me I had no trouble. Unfortunately, this break required surgery and I snuck some Limu Plus just prior to the surgery and upon waking up. I suffered absolutely no side effects from being put out, in fact I was ready to eat immediately, they wouldn't let me but they did give me ice cubes and I gobbled them up quickly, of course suffering no nausea. I was up and about in my wheel chair within hours and outside enjoying the sunshine. What better way to pass the days in the hospital! I'm not sure if all my vitals are indicative of the effects of Limu Plus but as the nurse told me, I have the circulatory numbers of a child, (I'm 45) and a pulse rate that hovers around 48 at rest.

In conclusion, I am so thankful for finding Limu Plus, I take it, my husband and children take it, my dogs all get Limu Plus with their food. Limu Plus gave me back a life that is worth living.

We have found a wonderful dry skin cream! Judy Blackburn and I have been using this for about a month. You combine 1/2 cap full of Limu Plus to one 6 oz. jar of Ponds Cold Cream (or your favorite cream). Use on skin as a night cream, under makeup or wherever you have dry skin. It makes your skin feel great and adds a natural color to your face.

Dear Jana: “Thanks Limu Plus!”

Yesterday I fell on my outside stairs and tumbled down to the platform. It was a little bit scary. My left knee and ankle swelled up and my left ankle was not stable. There was not much pain but a lot of bruising. I felt confident there was nothing broken or any internal hemorrhaging.

I immediately took three ounces of Limu Plus and put a cold pack on the leg for 20 minutes. I continued to take additional Limu Plus at a two-ounce dosage every two hours. Last night I slept with Limu Plus at my bed stand taking it occasionally through the night.

It's probably a little early to report this to you, but I can't hold it in any longer.

Because of so many stressors, we had given the lady that works in the lab with Billy a bottle of Limu Plus about 2 weeks go. She was so elated that she was really able to rest all night after taking it a day or two and she felt much better.

Coral Calcium Turns Debi Hanes Into Super Florist! Mom and Dad Flourish Again with Limu Plus!

Hi there! I wanted to update you on all my plants. Before Shaun died, I couldn't keep an artificial plant looking healthy. I am probably the only person on earth with the ability to kill a Yucca plant! Anyway... I was determined to keep them flourishing at all costs, because they're "Shaun's". I went to various plant care sites, talked with our local florist, etc. However, there's one little thing I did entirely on my own, I put a Coral Calcium in each pot every 2-3 weeks. The plants are incredible! I have 3 peace lilies, all of which have more than doubled in size, and are covered with gorgeous white flowers. The vining plants are huge, all showing signs of needing either re-potting or dividing in the next month or so. I can't believe what's happened to them in only 2-1/2 months! What gave me the inspiration to use the Coral Calcium was the ph balancing it does in our systems. I figured it would help do the same with the soil. Somehow, for someone who couldn't keep a yucca plant alive, I've developed this incredible "green" thumb!

On another note, the Limu Plus has done wonders for my family. I have stayed on it religiously since before Shaun's death. I know it's what has kept me from going over the "deep end." The doctor prescribed me 20 Xanax the day Shaun died. I've still got about 1/2 of that in the bottle. Dear Jana: "Immediate Relief"

After seeing my cardiologist, undergoing a stress test with nuclear injections, the pictures indicate no plaque build up in heart, arteries or veins. My heart is working perfectly, getting enough oxygen in both stress and resting conditions. The Doctor said "You have the heart of a sixteen year old - I would not expect you to have a heart attack any time soon. This test is 90 % accurate and is good for five years." I asked: then where did the discomfort and challenges that I had earlier come from? His only response was "stress." Of course the concern had started weeks before I got to see the cardiologist, then Limu Plus came along and I started taking it and had almost immediate relief from the rhythm discomfort. At first I had to take two ounces a day in divided doses but as I adjusted I am down to one ounce a day. And by the time I was seeing the Cardiologist to get the results of the tests, the discomfort and concerns were entirely gone.

In the mean time… earlier my regular family doctor wrote out a prescription for an arrhythmia medication - but I had just started taking Limu Plus and it was helping so I asked my doctor if I could wait and see if Limu would be enough, wait until after the stress test, since Limu seemed to be helping? Dear Jana: "I Love Limu Plus!"

Having used various nutritional supplements during my 62-year lifespan, many of which have clearly not met expectations based on claimed results, I generally am a bit skeptical when introduced to the latest new "be all and cure all product" on the market. When I attended the meeting in Russell, Kansas on October 10, David Bertrand was himself touting amazing energy results after having used Limu Plus for just a short time. As president of Vitamark, however, I reasoned that one would not expect him to say otherwise. On October 11, I started taking one ounce daily along with the other Vitamark supplements I was already taking. Within a couple days, other Vitamark affiliates were providing testimonials on Limu Plus, but I personally was experiencing no stars, lights, or fireworks (and still the skeptic). It does, however, taste good and I did after all have a case of it—so I continued to drink an ounce a day.

My business and personal lifestyle is hectic with 10-hour workdays being the norm. The weekend of October 24 was no different, except that, after having put in the usual 10-12 hours of time interviewing, transcribing, writing and editing, I suddenly realized that I had been doing this steadily for the previous four or five days. I was going to bed around midnight and back at it again early each morning. While that schedule was not always so unusual, the fact that I was sleeping so well, waking so refreshed, and not experiencing that middle-of-the-afternoon energy letdown WAS unusual. On the morning of the 26th, I mentioned - all of this to my husband, who acknowledged that he had also noticed my increased stamina. I told him "It has to be the Limu Plus" because that was the only thing I was doing differently.

On October 26, I increased my consumption of Limu Plus to two ounces. Will I have double the results two weeks from now? I don't know. Maybe one ounce is enough, but I won't know until I try it. My upline indicated that there are no added benefits in taking over two ounces daily so, no matter how good it tastes, there's no sense in taking it by the glassful.

At $42.00 a bottle, is it expensive? I suppose it depends on how you look at it. How much could a person increase their income per month with two extra hours (a day, a week, whatever) of increased productivity time in their business? You do the math.

Although Vitamark makes no medical claims or guarantees regarding any of its products (or income potential if you use or market its products), it is my personal opinion that everyone should try Limu Plus for 14 days. In my case, one skeptic has been converted—I LOVE LIMU PLUS!

Dear Jana: "Six Days Of Peace"

It has only been six days but would like to share what Limu Plus has done for me during that time. We picked up our first cases of Limu Plus in Russell, Kansas on Friday night. I only got three hours of sleep that night and had a full studio day on Saturday. We left for the Omaha airport at 6:00 PM, stopping along the way to drop off tapes and Limu Plus to family and our organization. I got five hours of sleep Saturday night and was up early to catch a flight to St. Louis. My schedule included a full day of photography meetings Sunday, Monday, Tuesday until noon and then catching a plane to arrive home at 9:00 PM Tuesday evening. And Finally, Wednesday was a very busy “catch up” day. For the last six days I have taken our new Limu Plus product – 1 oz. in the morning and 1 oz. mid afternoon. I figured that I’d had plenty of stress lately so I decided to take the 2 oz. per day. How do I feel today? Very well rested!
